Ir is truly an European experiencias, the food is absolutely fantastic, the service is amazing and the ambiance is refined and peaceful to have the best conversations. Defenetely would recommend it.

Food was very good though some items surprising. Greek salad had no lettuce, but that is what they want to present. It was mostly red peppers but could have used more feta cheese and real Greek olives. The halibut was tasty. The blintzes were delicious.

Authentic, homemade Eastern European/Russian food. A very good experience. Recommend: Borscht, Chicken with Sour Cherry, Militei, dumplings, Matzoh Ball soup, (given with fresh hummus and pita complementary). Great, friendly service.

First visit tonight. Food and service were excellent. Starters were Olivier salad, herring & potatoes, poached egg & gravlax and green salad (spinach & avocado). Main courses- Mititei, lamb chops, pan fried chicken, chicken & cherry sauce. EVERYTHING was delicious. Our server Tim very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to returning.

I have eaten at this extraordinary restaurant several times – with my friends as well as alone. From the start, I was impressed with its ambience – cosy and welcoming but at the same time having a distinct Art Nouveau style reminiscent of the times of The Great Gatsby. The focal point of the interior is a wall looking like a theatre stage – with curtains and lights.

Each time I was ordering different meals and each of them was delicious and beautifully served. The waiters were always elegant and efficient.

But last Friday, when I came to Bravo restaurant with my friends, its owner Alla had quite a surprise for us – she took out a microphone and burst into song! She soulfully performed two songs by Doris Day – and her performance sounded so appropriate on the background of the stage! We asked Alla for more but she had to welcome new guests. She promised us to sing again next time we come to her restaurant and we will, oh yeah, we will come again and again!

Can you imagine a restaurant which serves delicious food and the owner of which can wave a magic wand and turn into a wonderful singer? Well, come to Bravo restaurant and experience it yourselves!

We had pickled vegetables and borscht as well as dumplings. Beautifully presented and each prepared just right. The halibut and fried potatoes were also very tasty. The fish was moist; the potatoes were delicious. Reasonable prices and friendly, accommodating service.

Two of us went to Bravo for lunch ($13. apiece) Enjoyed pickled cabbage, borsch (or matzo ball soup), and stuffed cabbage with mashed potatoes (or rice). Kvas or compote to drink. Lovely place, good service.
